Remove AppModel #11

AppModel class was written when I was refactoring the app. I never finished moving stuff into the class and it now only does one thing. The application has grown too much and I think needs to be refactored differently

refactored everything. The Appmodel class is now the app class and everything else in index has been moved into component files
