My recommendation would be to use https://robertslab.github.io/resources/Data-Management/#ngs-data-management-plan (as we further back-up to amazon)

and get raw data on NCBI as soon as possible.

Backed up raw data to my NOAA Google Drive. Will also back up a la Roberts Lab management plan. Meeting with krista/mac/giles on Monday to initiate the NCBI submission.
