Some / many of our curiosities with MBD data could be related to non target species in data

I think it is worth while to run same pipeline with all DNA samples.

We could certainly give it a shot, but if the DNA is already bisulfite converted, then taxonomic assignments not be accurate, since the assignments are based off of BLASTing...

Lets see what taxa are high in RNA-seq and maybe we do BS alignment with said genome.
