My laptop has a Ryzen 5900HX with an integrated Radeon GPU and an RTX 3050Ti external GPU.
Opera: When playing a video on YT, I get only audio and a black screen. A temporary workaround is to either go to about://flags and set the ANGLE backend to D3D9 or disable GPU acceleration altogether.
Edge: In this case, the browser window keeps flickering to black unless I disable GPU acceleration or, again, set the ANGLE backend to D3D9 in about://flags.
By default, video playback is broken in all browsers: Opera, Edge, Chrome, Forefox and Vivaldi. In the case of the first three ones - all of which use the Chromium engine - the ANGLE workaround works just fine, save for some decrease in performance.
