No JSONP format #6

Enter specification issue, ideally referring to section number(s)

Section 3.5: Currently no specification of JSONP, which people are probably 
going to demand so 
that they can get around XSS restrictions. If we don't have JSONP support (or 
even if we do) we need 
to specify the support of the Cross-Origin Resource Sharing Working Draft at 
http://www.w3.org/TR/cors/.

I have edited the wiki pages that refer to reserved parameters to include the 
`callback` parameter, and added a paragraph beneath the JSON Formatter 
specification.
