Sorry, but I just could not thank Lawrence G8NJJ and you, Kjell LA2NI, for your beautiful designs! I don’t understand why so few hams know about them, this is a wonderful job! Many thanks!

My DDU DUC transceiver does not support Thetis, I use PowerSDR. There fore, I will use the option with Arduino DUE and version 2 or 3. There is a very useful thing in the Odin project - the Nextion display. Can I turn on the display in the Andromeda project in any way?

Hi Robert, I tried to send you an email, but I could not find any. So I try to explain something about the andromeda controller. It's not possible to use a Nextion with the andromeda controller, because this controller has no own gui. It's "only" a translation from the panel emelments (knobs, encoders) to CAT commands which can only be decoded with the latest Thetis version. The display, which you can see in different projects is connected by HDMI with an internal PC in the TRX (for example an INtel NUC). Also the touchscreen is connected directly with USB to the PC. So no signals (Video and Touch) is conneced with the andreomeda controllers arduino. The only connection to the display is the PWM entry for controlling the brightness. So it makes no sense to connect an Nextion display to this project. I made a complete TRX built from an Odyssey-2 DDC/DUC with a HFPU 100, some transverters for higher Bands and an internal I7 NUC. Jörg Saure shows my project on his website if you would like to see more.

If you have an DDC/DUC not working with Thetis, the andromeda project cannot be used.
