Describe the bug
In the same way that if you use a hashtag on GitHub it looks for the bug, the lemmy web UI does the same with both exclamations and at signs. Sync should do the same.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to post
Click on reply
Start typing an @ or !
Nothing happens
Expected behavior
It should pull up a dropdown.
