Allow upvoting/downvoting comment replies from the inbox view. #167

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Often times I like to just upvote and mark as read some replies. Currently I need to click through to the comment thread from the inbox to do so. Apps like jerboa allow you to upvote or downvote and mark as read all from the inbox view.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either add upvote/downvote arrows or the ability to perform swipe actions on inbox items.

This seems to be a possible duplicate of #106 (at least to some extent).

I'd like to expand upon this request though. As someone that's colorblind, up votes and down votes are currently a bit hard for me to notice.

I'd love if I could change the colors to custom colors, and if the up vote/down vote that's active became emboldened.
