Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add an ability to translate Sync itself to a different language.

Describe the solution you'd like
Preferably, a translation platform like Crowdin, Transifex or Weblate, then the app itself should adhere to system settings and allow for per-app language as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Raw files on this repo, updated by PRs

Additional context
Official UI's translations are AGPL-3.0, but I don't think you could transfer them over directly either way. https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy-translations

This is going to take a while but I'm going to be working on extracting strings every day and then translating them all.

Really high priority getting this sorted though.
