Drawer navigation setting not showing #480

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is. The drawer navigation is disabled and when searching for the setting it shows but when clicking on it nothing is there

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Search for "drawer navigation"
  3. The item shows but the setting is not there

Tablet mode was enabled, disabling fixed it. Still shows in search when it is enabled. Might be best to show the setting all the time and just disable it when tablet mode is enabled?
