Janky animation when clicking "Settings cloud backup" in the Sync Ultra settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings->Sync Ultra
2. Click on Settings cloud backup
3. It opens a new intent instead of setting backup as active on the left panel and showing the backup view on the right
