Some users may have privacy concerns or prefer a different DOH server, such as Cloidflare or NextDNS with a custom config.
This could be implemented as a user being able to select from a list of "safe" major providers that are unlikely to be down (Cloudflare, Google, Quad9, etc) with the option to enter a custom server url (especially helpful for users of NextDNS with custom settings or on a network where major providers are blocked)
