[BUG] Seeking in a video of longer length will jump positions #1627

Viewing a video link by clicking the thumbnail will work fine until you want to jump positions in the timeline, notably positions towards the end of the video. Video

Steps to Reproduce

  1. View any video by clicking on the thumbnail (which is at least what was done in the video).
  2. Seek to somewhere near the end of the video. Seek to another position. Seek!

Expected behavior No jumping behavior and seeking to the exact time released.
