[ENHANCEMENT] Suggestions to add to Read Aloud menu

When using the feature to read aloud comments, there's an empty menu: see screenshot

One suggestion is to add playback speed (0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2)

Other suggestions:

• expand all comments before reading
• only read top level comments
• download comment audio locally
