[ENHANCEMENT] Bot highlighting #1676

This one would require a bit of serverside work too but I think it would be worth it.

Highlight bot accounts clearly with a background color or emoji 🤖

In terms of development this will require:

  1. The ability to mark an account as a bot / not a bot
  2. Some serverside logic to denote if an account is a bot (good ratio of bot to not bot and maybe 100+ votes)
  3. Sync a list of bots locally on each device
