[BUG] Subreddit Filters are not applied when viewing Explore Domain #1680

Subreddits that have been added to the Filter to hide all posts, will still show up when browsing by Domain

Attempting to hide/filter a subreddit while Exploring Domain will show the toast notification to refresh to apply, but after refreshing the posts are still visible
