1 year ago I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "remove extraneous feeds from list". If you mean "unsubscribe from a subreddit", you can open that subreddit and press the "Joined" button to unsubscribe from it.
That button will either be at the top, within the page header, or in the 3 dots menu at the top, within that sub.
Also, some extra things:
1) pro tip for the future: vague comments like "adding to needless clutter" and "as was available before" do not really help. Describe as best as you can the steps you used to take and nos you can't, or explain what exactly are your steps and what you are trying to achieve, so people can't help you. The way it is written, your post does nothing, as it doesn't really explain anything
2) when did you pay "again"? The app has never requested you to pay twice. You pay it once, and you keep the license for what you paid for, forever. "Steal money"? Didn't know Sync was hacking your bank's app

Simply allow us to remove extraneous feeds from list as was available before, for an app we paid for & was reneged and now paid for again for -less- features.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Polling for other reddit apps that aren't out to remove features & steal money from its users.
