[BUG] Tapping on "xpost" opens the explore domain instead (sometimes)

Describe the bug
When viewing a xpost, clicking on the "xpost" is supposed to take you to the original post. Sometimes, however it talked you to explore domain page. Cannot find a pattern. I think its when the title is quite long. Not sure
