[BUG] Video Player doesn't hide player head when tapped (or autohide when doing nothing) (when feature to tap to dismiss video is disabled) #1714

Describe the bug
When watching a video, the player head does not hide when tapped, or automatically if tap to dismiss video is still enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Disable whatever the Tap to dismiss video feature is called (not near my phone atm, so i don't remember.) 1a. Go to 'any subreddit where a video has been posted'
  2. Click on 'the video (open it)'
  3. ~Scroll down~ Tap on ~to~ 'the video that you're watching (making sure beforehand that tap to dismiss video is disabled) and see the playhead is still there. It's more annoying when you're watching a video in Landscape mode, but just as annoying in portrait mode.'
  4. See 'error'

Expected behavior
Play head should hide either automatically (if tap to dismiss video is enabled [but if it is, maybe a double tap to dismiss the video so they could bring the player head up with one tap, and then dismiss the whole video with a double tap, if that makes sense]) or should hide with a tap if tap to dismiss video is disabled.

I'm most likely going to submit more bugs, and feature requests very soon. I have some more bugs about the Video Player.

I realized you have to hold it to hide. I found that out by accident. I'm so used to YT and just tapping to hide, I assumed that it was a bug. My apologies
