Describe the bug
When watching a video, and you want to go back to a specific time in that video, most likely, it won't go to that specific time frame.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to 'any subreddit that has videos on them'
Click on 'a video, any video and play the video'
~Scroll down to~ Drag the 'video slider around, and watch the bug happen'
Become infuriated! (Video will either go like 15 seconds behind, or 15 seconds ahead [could be more, could be less, but it's still infuriating nonetheless])
Expected behavior
Video slider is supposed to go where you put it, no further, no less, exactly where you set it.
