Whenever I plan on searching for multiple related subreddits (Such as r/cats and r/catswhoyell), the text in the search menu is erased every time I click on one of the results. So if I search for cats and click on the r/cats subreddit, then I want to go search for catswhoyell, I have to type everything all over again.
What would be nice would be the search text to be persistent while browsing subreddits. So if I search for cats, open the r/cats subreddit from the search results, I can go back to the search bar and add 'whoyell' at the end and then open the r/catswhoyell subreddit from the search results.
Relay for Reddit has this exact feature which improves the browsing experience overall.
