At the moment, all filters are stored and applied locally in S4L, leading to a desync (pun intended) between the app and web experience.

I'd like to see the users and community filters actually be synced with the lemmy account settings, so that you get the same blocklist applied to the app and to the web UI.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now I periodically take my S4L filters and manually move them to my Lemmy account settings.
Additional context
Of course, we can't have the keywords instances and domains filters synced since those aren't a thing in Lemmy itself yet.
