Our definition of same customer is ONLY by same exact name, not by any other field.

Reason for disagreement: Upon consideration, I think that this bug should have been listed as a Documentation bug and medium severity instead.
The definition of duplicate customer was not stated in UG, DG or error messages when adding a customer of the same name, which is what caused confusion for me regarding duplicated customers.
Screenshot below shows that the error message does not give details about which part of the command considered the customer a duplicate.

Two customers with the same phone number can be added into the app.
This is a bug as it is not possible for two different customers to have the same phone number.
Furthermore, the expected behaviour of the app should be that adding duplicate customers is not allowed, thus this would contradict the expected behaviour.
