cell_counts.csv has corrupted data, I think?

The output into cell_counts.csv doesn't work for me. I've attached my output. Maybe it's because I'm on a Mac? make data-plots led to this error:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xe3 in position 2: invalid continuation byt cell_counts.csv
