Current behaviour

• Option + Up / Down moves the cursor to the start / end of line.
• Selecting the command from the Edit menu works as expected.
• This is reproduced after disabling all plugins.

Expected behaviour

• In CM5 this keyboard shortcut swaps lines.

It seems that this is specific to MacOS — Alt-Down and Alt-Up work on Linux (Ubuntu 23.10) with a development version of Joplin 3.0.2. I can reproduce this on MacOS, also with a development build of Joplin from a recent commit.
