shift+end, shift+home not working on rte #10556

Current behaviour

In the RTE, press End
as expected the cursor moves to the end of the line
press Home
again as expected it moves to the start of the line
now press Shift+Home

=> The cursor moves to the start of the document. It would instead moves to the start of the line

Same for Shift+End which moves to the end of the document instead of end of line.

Expected behaviour
