Rich text editor: cut and then paste a checklist turns it into a bullet list #10690

Current behaviour

In the rich text editor, create a note containing a checklist

Select the list and cut it (Cmd-X on Mac) Delete the remaining empty checkbox to leave the note empty Paste (Cmd-V on Mac) The list is pasted as a bullet list, not a checklist

Expected behaviour

It should paste the original checklist.
