[Desktop] New note is created in the "Conflicts (attachments)" folder

• Have attachments conflicts so that the folder "Conflicts (attachments)" is shown
• Select this folder
• Select "All Notes"
• Create a new note - it's created in "Conflicts (attachments)"

@laurent22 @roman-r-m I was able to replicate this issue. I see that, If we were previously in a Notebook (say N1) and now go to all notes and create a new note, by default, It is created in that previously visited notebook (N1 in this case). So, According to this, if we were in conflicts and then moved to all notes and create a note, its created in conflicts.

Suggestion : I prefer that there should be a popup, allowing users to choose the notebook in which a note is to be made. When we are in all notes section, just creating a note in previously visited notebook creates bad UX.
