Joplin Joplin 2.12.19 not connecting to or syncing with Dropbox #9256

Steps to reproduce

Describe what you expected to happen

I expected to see notes appears and other one disappear as I am working on multiple machines and differen versions of Linux

i have added 2 screenshot of my Joplin folder on Dropbox.

As it the first time a report and issue I made a fool of myself entering the dataa. So I created a new version
