iOS: Landscape mode: Unable to scroll to last item in note actions menu #9272

Environment

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a note
  2. Put the device in landscape mode
  3. Open the note actions menu (click the three dots at the top right of the screen)
  4. Try to scroll to the end

Describe what you expected to happen

I should be able to scroll to all items in the menu.

This only seems to be an issue if the note is opened in portrait mode, then switched to landscape mode.
