--log-dir and expiration behaviour #226

Question: what if I use --log-dir to prevent log from being deleted, and the expiration time has passed? The log is still there or will it be deleted along with the old expired backup?

I answer myself after a leave-and-forget setup: the logs are still there, they need to be manually deleted. Or is this an automation that can be implemented?
