On Windows (only) I have the same issue as him : http://luksurious.me/?p=64 , but his solution doesn't work for me. "Couldn’t read application.ini" : it's annoying when you want to use the casperjs option engine.

I'm tired with the f**king ".bat" language of Windows... It annoys me since 1990.

Help needed.
