add usage for AnnotationBlock

add the possibility that the listAnnotation contains the annotationBlock element
I propose that the standOff element can contains either some annotationBlock either listAnnotation element (I tried to reproduce the behavior between the p and the div element in the tei)
I update the schema and the ExampleTermith-draft

I would suggest to keep the current hand on the schema. Just throw elementary tickets.
