The PL diagnosis tool succeeds with the first three tests fine for Kubo v0.20 and v0.21 nodes, however, the last test involving fetching always fails with The request failed context deadline exceeded. I've tried various config options, like disabling QUIC since /quic-v1 isn't recognised by the tool, but nothing's resolved it.
