Collapsible section- Doesn't quite work- Help! #2

I added in a package called bulma-collapsible, but I can't quite get it to work- Is it because I followed sass instructions instead of scss?

What I did following these instructions (https://bulma-collapsible.netlify.app/installation/)

Added bulma-collapsible to package.json
did npm install
importaed it in style.scss
tried importing it in IsMyContentAvailableINline- it didn't work
deleted it
added a classes to sections accorting to this (https://bulma-collapsible.netlify.app/usage/)
