Hi, I'm running SOCfinder as below but I am getting an error that a file could not be found:

./SOC_mine.py -f /home/mydir/GENOME.2/GENOME.2.fasta -gff /home/mydir/GENOME.2/GENOME.2.gff -g /home/mydir/GENOME.2/GENOME.2-Proteins.fasta -O GENOME -n
./SOC_parse.py -i GENOME/ -k inputs/SOCIAL_KO.csv -a inputs/antismash_types.csv

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/dir/SOCfinder/./SOC_parse.py", line 221, in <module>
    os.chdir(base_dir)
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'GENOME/anti_smash'

Hi Sarah, I had the same issue in the other thread and managed to figure it out.

I managed to solve the issue - I needed to have Python version 3.9.0. The earlier version was preventing me from properly installing antiSMASH.
