Touching a link fires the its onclick event #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place <a onclick="console.log('test')>Test</a> in one of the touch enabled 
examples.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Links under the cursor should not be fired on mouse up when mouse up ends 
scrolling.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.0 RC7

I tested it in Chrome 23.0.1271.64 m and Firefox 17.0.
