Inactivity disables mouse scroll in Firefox #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the website where I'm using nicescroll.
2. Do some action then leave the tab for a while
3. When coming back to the tab it's no longer possible to scroll using the 
mouse wheel. Only by dragging the scrollbar. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Visually there is no difference, just can't scroll a normal div using the mouse 
wheel. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V3.5.4. Windows 7. Firefox 28

Please provide any additional information below.
It's been tested on different machines, with different hardware (mouse). It 
only happens in Firefox, not IE or Chrome. 
It also doesn't happen every time. Sometimes one needs to reload the window to 
allow the scroll wheel to work again, sometimes the "freeze" will disappear 
after some time without doing anything.
