Automatic Company update. #106

The company to user mapping is currently a manual process on drupalcore.com and can take some time to process.

I propose that a cron process should be set up to automatically refresh the relationships but with a long interval between runs. Perhaps 3 to 6 months.

This would move the process to be automated and give a large amount of time between runs as it is very CPU intensive.

It takes about 2h to run the update. I think it should be safe to run the update ~4:00 every Sunday morning.
