Modified the drupalcore process to not clone Drupal repo if it already exists #44

This also removes the need of keeping Drupal core as submodule

So... this broke drupalcores.com because we don't include npm install in our build process... I'll open up an issue to add this but I guess @lauriii could provide someone else with server access for just incase
