Fix PT value for the BUNDLE example in 9.3 #24

I had a quick look at the -05 version, and one editorial comment regarding BUNDLE (RFC 9143). In the example in Section 9.3, the same PT value (96) is used for all video streams. I assume you would use different PT values for each bundled video stream?
