adding results files to the tutorial for comparison #16

Hi, Would it be possible for you to add results files that correspond to the test data set you made available here?

I finished a successful run of this pipeline and I would like to compare my results with yours.

Thanks much in advance.

Hi Gloria,

Glad you got it working. I am heading out of town for vacation tomorrow so don’t think I will get to it until first week of April. I don’t think we have a results file for the tutorial (if we kept it, it would be in the github repo I think). We have data from our benchmarking study (McCrone and Lauring JVI 2016) - there are links in that paper to the actual fastq files as well as the github repo for that paper.
