Refactor postdeploy menu #20

The postdeploy menu should be refactored so menu entries could be dynamically added, eg offer join domain or fileshare management only if Samba is installed. Global scripts should be moved to /usr/share/butterknife/ and per template scripts should be kept under /etc/butterknife/

Menu items are now dynamically generated by invoking scripts under /etc/butterknife/menu.d
