Seating Chart -Chairs #36

On seating chart after the done button has been pressed , the chairs are still draggable and the rotate icon is still visible. This is not the desired behavior.

This is fixed as well. Althought the rotation button is still visible, it does not rotate if it is not edit mode. Drag and a drop is also completely diabled if edit mode is not enabled
