Installed 1.8.1 but no config folder shows up #9

I installed hideandcustomplugins.jar into my plugins directory. When I start the server I get:

[01:00:22]` [Server thread/INFO]: [HideAndCustomPlugins] Version: 1.8.1 Metrics started: https://bstats.org/plugin/bukkit/HideandCustomPlugins

But no folder is created for the plugin.
