added sql server 2000 support
added --offlineok support

Maybe offlineok could be implemented better, but by now its working

That use of --offlineok seems incorrect. I would replace it with a new option --nooffline, in fact that is what I have done to solve this issue (the reason for excluding offline DBs is that they may also be excluded from backup jobs, so the last backup can be very old).

Later, the same option could be added to other modes when we don't want offline DBs to affect the results.
