OpenDLP Creates Program Files\OpenDLP and associated files, but indicates "Possible error starting OpenDLP"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  use default upload URL credentials in profile
2.  deploy scan
3.  scan creates C:\Program Files\OpenDLP folder on remote host
4.  nothing goes beyond that

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the agent to start running on the remote host

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenDLP 0.4.4, on Ubuntu 11.04 (the VM build)

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure what would cause this...  any help would be much appreciated.

Actually this might be a problem with the version of sc.exe that I have.  I'll 
keep everyone posted.

Apparently when I used wget to download sc.exe from SendSpace it corrupted the 
executable.  Crisis averted.
