What is the current behavior?

Controlling automatic deletion of temporary NPY files created during profiling is/was not possible.

What is the new behavior?

SolverConfig accepts parameters to control keeping/deletion of user-specified directory for temporary NPY files created during profiling.
The options are passed to respective profiler probes.
This PR depends on PR #415 in Lava extensions for Loihi 2

Does this introduce a breaking change?
