Restyling for invite.lavaboom.com #1

These are UI design mocks + guidelines for a restyling of following screens on invite.lavaboom.com:

  1. invite code verification (+ screen variation when code is wrong)
  2. choose username & type actual email address (+ 2 screen variations when username is free/already taken)

The choose username screen is fitting the design and layout of mail.lavaboom.com/invite and is supposed to replace it's first screen. This means that from invite.lavaboom.com we can jump to mail.lavaboom.com/plan directly, skipping mail.lavaboom.com/verifyInvite/...

closing this for now. note: the Verify button is disabled, hence faded out. also thanks for the guidelines for the login area @vLooz

Will create a task in the /lavab/web with the login guidelines.
