Inbox: ReDesign and Styleguides #788

These are the updated mocks for the Mail view. Please note, that the separation lines are not going all the way to the right edge, but stop 66px before it. They do the same at the left edge. When there is no attachment, the whole "attachment zone" disappears, and there is no separation line between the mail text and the reply-bar-zone.

Per-email security is implemented in the code, but it can't be deployed anywhere yet. Tomorrow it should be unlocked by the mailer fixes.
